My fellow Jews definitely were but I'm not sure about everyone else. I wasn't even sure if the Israeli's two rows ahead of me understood half the jokes. The Hurt Locker didn't have a climax so about half way through the movie I kept wondering where it was going and when it would end. Inglorious Bastards I couldn't sit through. I've never sat through a Tarantino movie. The Sandra Bullock movie (what's it called again?) was a nice made-for-tv type of film. I was shocked when it was nominated. Avatar was fun and it looked fantastic! The story and dialogue was predictable. Up was fun but I enjoyed the first half of the movie more than the second half. I found it just slowed down somewhere in the middle. I think those are the only ones that I have seen.
